I love stories. Where else can you hear grand adventures, meet new people, explore exotic places, and defeat the villain, all while safely within your home? Sure, sometimes the storyteller picks a dumb tale or tells it in a poor way. But when you find the story that correctly hits every beat and wonderfully captures your mind, it’s a moment you will never forget.
Reading is something I’ve become passionate about. I learned to read at a very late age and when I read my first book it opened the gate to endless stories and memories. Without reading I never would’ve started writing and my life would be in a completely different place now. After traveling across the US, I’ve come to the conclusion that while visiting new places is fun, I can do that by reading. I don’t live a raucous life nor do I want to. I prefer the quiet comfort of books. And this is where I talk about them. (I also talk about movies and tv shows, but that ruins this paragraph’s theme.)
